Delete Your Account
Volara lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.
From the app (fastest)
- Open Volara and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm on both prompts.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
Email support@volaraapp.com from the email address on your account and request deletion. We'll verify and complete it within a few business days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases:
- Your entire flight logbook
- All scheduled flights
- All requirements and currency-tracking data
- Your pilot profile and uploaded documents
- Your account credentials
What's retained
Nothing is kept on Volara's servers after deletion — no retention period. If you have an active subscription, Apple/Google/RevenueCat may separately retain transaction records as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, independent of your Volara account.
